Question 1

Is Veloce a franchise or a call centre?

Accepted Answer

No. Veloce is run by its founder, Winner Kolleh, an Architectural Technology student at Sheridan College. Every job is carried out by certified, insured crews with experience in that specific job type, and you get one accountable point of contact from quote to final inspection.

Question 2

Do you publish prices?

Accepted Answer

No. Every job is quoted flat-rate against a written scope, so the number you approve is the number you pay. You receive a written quote within 24 hours of your request.

Question 3

Who actually shows up to clean?

Accepted Answer

Certified, insured, job-type-experienced crews. Every cleaner holds WHMIS and Worker Health and Safety Awareness certification, works under a signed contractor agreement, and is covered by $2M liability insurance. Nobody learns your job on your job.

Question 4

Which areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area: Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Pickering, Ajax, Oshawa and Whitby. We are fully mobile — no storefront, crews come to you.

Question 5

How fast can a crew start?

Accepted Answer

Once your scope is confirmed in writing, a certified crew is dispatched within 48 hours. Same-day turnovers are available for Airbnb and furnished rentals.

Question 6

What makes a final clean inspection-ready?

Accepted Answer

Our final clean runs against a 47-line-item scope sheet, top to bottom: detail dusting, glazing care, grout haze removal, floor reset and millwork interiors — finished with timestamped QA photos room by room, so you can walk the owner through with confidence.
