01Quotes
Every job is quoted flat-rate against a written scope, delivered within 24 hours of a complete request. A quote is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued. The quoted price covers exactly the line items in the written scope — changes to the site condition, access or scope are re-quoted in writing before work proceeds.
02Scheduling and cancellations
Work is scheduled once the scope is confirmed in writing, and a certified crew is dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation unless a specific date is agreed. You may reschedule or cancel without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be billed a mobilization fee, which will be stated in your quote.
03Payment and refunds
Payment terms are stated on each quote and are due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. If any part of the delivered work does not match the written scope, tell us within 48 hours of completion and we will return to make it right at no charge. Where we can't make it right, the affected line items are refunded or credited — that's the entire refund policy, with no fine print.
04Insurance and responsibility
Every cleaner is covered by $2M liability insurance and works under a signed contractor agreement. Crews hold WHMIS and Worker Health & Safety Awareness certification. You are responsible for providing site access, water and power as agreed in the scope; we are responsible for leaving the site to the standard the scope defines, documented with timestamped photos where the scope calls for them.
